Jody started out in radio in the late 70's. While in College his love of music and excitement during his club work led him to his true calling as a  performer doing private parties in the early 80's. Lubbock called and he settled in the Caprock area to established "Music To The Maxx" in 1987. His passion for the DJ industry and his consistent drive for perfection has elevated the standard of entertainment service in West Texas to a level that challenges larger markets like Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Southern California, and Las Vegas. A consummate professional, he is totally dedicated to making each event a perfect "entertainment" work of art.  His hobbies include traveling to exotic places with his wife Tammy, fishing, dining out, and intimate family gatherings.

TAMMY MAXX

CO-OWNER~MC~DJ~WEDDING RECEPTION DIRECTOR

Tammy is the driving force behind the business end of Music To The Maxx, as well as an accomplished entertainer for any type of event. She graduated from Texas Tech in 1992 with a BA Degree in Business and has helped build Music To The Maxx into the largest and most successful mobile music company in the region. Her exuberant energy and bubbly personality are contagious and anyone who talks to her on the phone or sees her shows is always impressed with her enthusiasm. As an Alpha Delta Pi alumni, she is always excited to do the major Fraternity and Sorority functions. She is often requested to personally handle Corporate events and Reunions. However, when it comes to Weddings, she is truly in her element.  Gracious, elegant, delightfully talented...she is the complete package to accentuate any event...leaving each audience wanting..."just one more song!"
